Governor Herlouin DE PONTHIEU

Herlouin was born in 0835 in Ponthieu, France.  Herlouin's father was Count/Governor Helgaud I DE PONTHIEU and his mother was Berthe DE PONTHIEU. He had a brother named Helpuin OF ARCIS-SUR-AUBE.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 43 in 0878.
