Arsinde was born in 0798.  Arsinde's father was Abbot Angilbert "The Saint" OF ST. RIQUIER and her mother was Princes Bertha Of The Holy Roman Empire CAROLINGIAN. She had a brother and a sister, named Nithard "The Chronicler" Of the Carolingians and Berthe.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
