Simon II DE MONTFORT

Simon II was born in 1014.  Simon II's father was Amaury III DE MONTFORT and his mother was Bertrade DE GOMETZ.  His paternal grandparents were Count William Of Hainault DE BASTINBOURG and Albreda MONFORT DE ESPERON; his maternal grandfather was William I DE GOMETZ-LA-FERTE.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 73 in 1087.

They had a son and a daughter, named Amauri III "The Strong" and Bertrade.

They had a daughter named Isabel DE MONTFORT.
