Alberic II was born in 0952.  Alberic II's father was Lietaud DE MACON and his mother was Richilde OF BURGANDY.  His paternal grandparents were Aubri OF NARBONNE and Attelane DE MACON; his maternal grandparents were Duke/Duke Richard II "The Justicar" & Burgandy OF AUTUN and Adelaide DE AUXERRE OF BURGANDY.  He was an only child.

They had a daughter named Beatrice.
