Ermengarde DE FLANDERS 
Ermengarde was born in 1000 in Flanders, France. Ermengarde's father was Count Baldwin IV "Fair Beard" OF FLANDERS and her mother was Otgive DE LUXEMBOURG. She had a brother and a sister, named Baldwin V and Judith Fausta. She was the oldest of the three children.General Notes
Founded the first 5 Royal Tribes and restored the Crown ofGweynedd in 1081. Was imprisoned by the Normans in Chester in1081-1093 in Bangor Cathedral.
She had a biological son named Ralph I.
