Maude FitzGeoffrey de Mandeville was born in 1177 in Mandeville, Warwickshire, England.  Maude FitzGeoffrey de Mandeville's father was Geoffrey FitzPiers Earl of Essex de Mandeville and her mother was Beatrice de Say.  Her paternal grandparents were Piers de Lutegareshale and Maud de Mandeville Lady of Costow; her maternal grandparents were William de Say IV and Mary (de Say). She had three brothers named Geoffrey de Mandeville, William de Mandeville and Henry. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John FitzGeoffrey, William, Hawise and Cecily.  She died at the age of 59 on August 27th, 1236 in England.

‌Maude FitzGeoffrey de Mandeville and Henry de Bohun were married in a religious ceremony in 1197.  They had four sons and three daughters, named Henry, Ralph, Humphry de Bohun V, Robert, Margery, Maud and Hawise.
