Mauger Count de was born in 0974 in Normandy, France. Mauger Count de's father was Duc du Normandie Richard I "Sans Peur" Normandy Duc du Normandie and his mother was Gunnora (Gundra) de Crepon. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Robert Archbishop of , Count of Evreux, Geoffrey (Godfrey) d', Richard II, "Le Bon" de, Geoffrey d' Eu &, Godfrey d', Beatrice de and Havoise de. He had a half-sister named Pappia of. He died at the age of 66 in 1040 in Corbeil, Marne, France.General Notes
Mauger, Count of Corbeil, in right of his wife; married Germaine, daughter and heir of Albert, Count of Corbeil, and had [Hamon, Count of Corbeil], with an elder son (William, dsp a monk in the Abbey of St. Maur). [Burke's Peerage]
Note the above puts the descendancy through William in doubt. Of course being an elder son, he could have been Count at least for a while, and maybe had illegitimate children. Though they would not be Counts.
