Henry de Clifford 
Henry de was born about 1190 in Frampton-on-Severn, Wheatenhurst, Gloucestershire, England. Henry de's father was Richard de Clifford , Lord of Frampton and his mother was Letitia de Berkeley. His paternal grandparents were Walter I FitzRichard de Clifford , Sir and Margaret de Toeni; his maternal grandfather was Roger III de Berkeley , of Dursley, Sir. He had a brother named Hugh de. He was the younger of the two children. He died after 1284.General Notes
I am more inclined to believe that Henry was son of Hugh (son of Richard), rather than Richard. Given the death dates, it takes several "nearly hundred year old men" and late births to stretch this particular Clifford line back to Richard. In addition there was only probably one Clifford who owned Frampton at a time. Henry could have been a younger son of Hugh, who inherited Frampton when his elder brother John died without male issue.
