Euphemia de was born about 1267 in Clavering, Saffron Walden, Essex, England.  Euphemia de's father was Robert FitzRoger , 1st Baron Clavering, MP and her mother was Margery de la Zouche.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger FitzJohn , Lord of Warkworth & Clavering and Isabel de Merlay; her maternal grandparents were Alan la Zouche , Lord of Ashby, Sir and Ellen (Helen) (Elena) de Quincy. She had two brothers named John FitzRobert 2nd Baron de and Robert de.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  She died in 1329 in Raby Castle, Durham, England.
