Hugh de Chesney 
Hugh de was born about 1110 in Deddington, Oxfordshire, England. Hugh de's father was Roger de Chesney and his mother was Alice de Langtot. He had two sisters named Beatrice de and Hawise de. He was the oldest of the three children.
