Patrick de Chaworth , Lord of Kempsford 
Patrick de was born about 1093 in Kempsford, Gloucestershire, England. Patrick de's father was Patrick de Chaworth and his mother was Matilda de Hesdin. He had a sister named Sibyl de. He was the older of the two children. He died before 1155.
