Richard de Champernoun 
Richard de was born about 1159 in Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Devonshire, England. Richard de's father was Jordan Seigneur de Camberon , Sir Knight and his mother was Mabel of Gloucester. His maternal grandmother was Hawise de Reviers. He had two brothers named Jordan de and Henry de. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died after 1214.General Notes

3. RICHARD de CHAMBERNUN. In 1189 he gave the Church of St. Cornier to the Canons of Yvrande (Cal. Doc. France, I, no. 562). In 1193-1214, he confirmed the gift of his grandmother, Hawise de Redvers, to his brother of the manors of Fleet and Ibberton, Dorsetshire (Charters of the Redvers Family, p. 146).
Note: No children are indicated for Richard by Ronny Bodine.
