Turton names Theobald "Thibault I of Navarre" as if he were king of Navarre. However the Encyclopaedia Britannica names his son Theobald I King of Pamplona/Navarre, which indicates that the son was the first king of Navarre by that name. See notes under son for the article from Britannica.
Turton also indicates that Blanche was the 1st wife, as if there were a second. However their son was born posthumously, which makes it very difficult to fit in another wife after Blanche.
