Paull Jay was born on September 1st, 1905 in Beaver, Colorado. Paull Jay's father was Joshua Jay Burrows and his mother was Irene Matilda Rice. His paternal grandparents were Allen Joshua (Burris) Burrows and Mary Jane Mozingo; his maternal grandparents were Calvin Rice and Mary Paull. He was an only child. He died at the age of 77 on July 8th, 1983 in Clackamas, Oregan.-
