Matilda Countess of was born about 1105 in Boulogne-sur-Mer, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France.  Matilda Countess of's father was Eustache III Count of Boulogne and her mother was Mary Princess of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were Eustache II Count of Boulogne and Ida de Bouillon; her maternal grandparents were Malcolm III Canmore King of Scotland and St. Margaret Aetheling of Scotland.  She was an only child.  She died on May 3rd, 1152 in Hedingham Castle, Kent, England.
