Eustace II Count of was born about 1018 in Boulogne-sur-Mer, Pas-de-Calais, France.  Eustace II Count of's father was Eustace I Count of Boulogne and his mother was Mahaut (Maud) de Louvain.  His paternal grandparents were Baudouin II Comte de Boulogne and Adele of Holland; his maternal grandparents were Lambert I "The Bearded" Count of Louvain and Gerberga of Lorraine. He had a brother and a sister, named Lambert of and Gerberge of.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died about 1080.  He was buried in Companion of William I at Battle of Hastings.
