Gerlotte of was born in 0913 in Tillieres, Normandy, France. Gerlotte of's father was Theobald Vicomte de Troyes and her mother was Richilde of Bourges. She had a brother named Theobald I "The Cheat" Comte de. She was the younger of the two children.
