Roger Berkeley , Sir 
Roger was born in 1185 in Cullen Castle, Auldhaven, Banffshire, Scotland. Roger's father was Walter de Berkeley , Great Chamberlain and his mother was Eva Uchtred. His paternal grandfather was John Berkeley , Sir; his maternal grandparents were Uchtred Lord of Galloway and Gunnild of Dunbar. He had two sisters named Miss de and Margaret de. He was the youngest of the three children. He died after 1226.-
