Her maternal grandmother was Adelaide de Vermandois. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert II de, Waleran de, Adeline de, Isabel Elizabeth de, Eleanor de and Maud de. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William de, Reginald de, Ada de and Gundred de. She died at the age of 86 on July 11th, 1191 in Rheims, France.-
