Isolda was born about 1176 in Great Carlton, Lincolnshire, England.  Isolda's father was Hugh Bardolf , Lord of Waddington, Sir and her mother was Isabel de Condet.  Her paternal grandfather was Hugo (Hugh) Bardolf , of Great Carlton; her maternal grandparents were Robert de Condet , Lord of Thorngate and Adeliza Alice le Meschin. She had a sister named Juliana.  She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-sister named Beatrice (Cecily).  She died on June 18th, 1246 in Codnor, Derbyshire, England.

‌Isolda and Henry de were married in a religious ceremony in 1199 in Thurrock, Essex, England.  They had three sons named Richard de, John de and Hugh de.
