Nocher II of was born about 0971.  Nocher II of's father was Nocher I De La Ferte and his mother was Adelaide Of Soissons.  His maternal grandfather was Giselbert Soissons. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Renaud I, Adelaide and Aelis Of.  He died after 1019.

‌Nocher II of and Adelaide were married in a religious ceremony about 0989.  They had a son named Renaud I.
