Reginald de Baliol 
Reginald de was born about 1120 in Bywell, Hexham, Northumberland, England. Reginald de's father was Bernard Guy Reginald Baliol and his mother was Matilda. He had a brother and a sister, named Bernard II de and Amabel de. He was the oldest of the three children.
