Catherine BRYDGES

Catherine was born in 1487. Catherine's father was Giles (Sir) (Brugge) BRYDGES and her mother was Alice Walwyn. Her paternal grandparents were Esquire Thomas (Brugge) BRYDGES Esquire and Florence DARRELL; her maternal grandparents were Unk Walwyn and Elizabeth. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Ursula, Florence and Anne. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and five half-sisters, named Christopher [Sir Knight], Elizabeth, Jane, Anne, Isabel and Agnes (Susanna). She died at the age of 52 in 1539.
