Thomas Cardinal was born about 1413 in Little Eaton, Essex, England. Thomas Cardinal's father was William BOURCHIER KNIGHT and his mother was Anne PLANTAGENET COUNTESS OF STAFFORD AND EU. His paternal grandparents were William BOURCHIER KNIGHT and Eleanor De LOUVAINE; his maternal grandparents were Thomas of ENGLAND DUKE OF GLOUCESTER and Eleanor (Alianore) De BOHUN DUCHESS OF CLOUCESTER. He had three brothers and a sister, named Henry, William, John and Eleanor. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Humphrey, Philippa De and Anne De. He died on March 30th, 1480.-
