Gilbert BASSETT 
Gilbert was born about 1188 in Of, Wycombe, Buckshire, England. Gilbert's father was Alan BASSETT and his mother was Aline (Aliva) De GAY OR GRAY. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Philip, Fulk, William, Thomas, Aliva, Alice, Alice and Catherine. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died in 1241 in (sp).
