Hugh BALIOL 
Hugh was born about 1216 in Of Richmond Castle, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Hugh's father was Hugh De BALIOL and his mother was Cecily De La FONTAINE. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Bernard, Eustace, John De, Ada and Jocelin. He was the youngest of the six children.
