Thomas' father was William Ap Jenkins Alias Herbert and his mother was Gwenllian ICHON. His paternal grandparents were John Jenkins Herbert Ap Adam and Gwenillan Ap Aaron Ap Bleddyn. He had three brothers named David, Howel and John. He was buried on July 8th, 1438.
