Ingelger D' was born about 0898 in Anjou, France.  Ingelger D''s father was Foulques I "Le Roux" Count Of Fulk I Count Anjou and his mother was Roscille De Loches [Countess Of Anjou].  His paternal grandparents were Ingelger I Count Of Orleans & Ingelger I Count Anjou and Adelaide De Adele De Gastinois; his maternal grandparents were Garnier De Warner De Seigneur De Loches/Villentrois and Petronella Toscande. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Guy D', Foulques II "Le Bon" Comte D', Roscille D' and Adele Of.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died in 0927.  He was buried in St. Martin DE To.
