Prince Awarawd Of Gwynedd AP RHODRI MAWR

Awarawd Of Gwynedd was born in 0857 in Gwynedd, Wales and his baptism took place in 0878.  Awarawd Of Gwynedd's father was King Rhodi "The Great" Of Wales MAWR and his mother was Angharad VERCH MEURIG.  His paternal grandparents were King Merfyn Frych "The Freckled" Of Gwynedd AP GWRAID and Heiress Nest Of Powys VERCH CADELL. He had two brothers and a sister, named Merfyn Of Powys, Cadell Of South Wales and Elen.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 59 in 0916.

They had two sons named Idwal Feol "The Bald" Of North Wales and Elsie Of Gwynedd.
