Adela ADELAIDE

Adela was born in 1004 in Nevers, France.  Adela's father was King Robert II "The Pious" Of France CAPET and her mother was Queen Constance Of France OF ARLES.  Her paternal grandparents were Duke/ Hugh Of The Franks CAPET and Adelaide OF AGUITAINE; her maternal grandparents were Count/Count William III OF TOULOUSE and Arsinde D'ANJOU. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry I Of France, Robert I "The Old" Of Burgandy, Adela Of France and Constance.  She was the oldest of the five children.
