William (The Lion) of Scorland

William (The Lion) was born in 1140 in Stirling, Scotland. William (The Lion)'s father was Henry de Huntington and his mother was Countess Gundred de Warren. His paternal grandparents were David of Scotland and Matilda de Waltheof. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Malcolm, David, Hodierna, Ada, Matilda, Princess Margaret and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
