Gertrud of Saxony

Gertrud was born about 1028.  Gertrud's father was Bernard  II of Saxony and her mother was Eilike von Schweinfurt .  Her paternal grandparents were Bernard  I of Saxony and Hildegarde of Stade; her maternal grandparents were Heinrich of Nordgau and Gerberga of Swabia.  She was an only child.  She died on August 4th, 1113.

They had a daughter named Bertha.
