Frederuna was born in 0900. Frederuna's father was Count Theodoric of Ringleheim and her mother was Ludmilla Ragnhildis. Her maternal grandparents were Gottfreied UNKNOWN and Matilda of Friesland, Ger. She had a sister named Mathilda. She was the younger of the two children.
They had a son named Ekbert (The One Eyed).
