Robert  II was born in 0999.  Robert  II's father was Duke Richard  II of Normandy and his mother was Judith de Bretagne.  His paternal grandparents were Duke Richard  I UNKNOWN and Gonnor de Crepon; his maternal grandparents were Conan  I de Bretagne and Ermangarde UNKNOWN.  He was an only child.

They had a daughter named Princess Adelaide.
