Matilda (Maud of Fleming) was born in 1032 in Flanders, France.  Matilda (Maud of Fleming)'s father was Baldwin V Flanders and her mother was Adaele (Alix) France   *.  Her paternal grandparents were Baldwin IV Flanders and Lady Otgiva of Luxembourg. She had a brother and a sister, named Baldwin VI and Judith.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 51 on November 3rd, 1083 in Caen, Normandy, France.
