Nebi was born before 0709.  Nebi's father was Theubold of Alamania and his mother was Hersinda UNKNOWN.  His paternal grandparents were Godefroy of Alamania and Daughter of Theodo  II UNKNOWN.  He was an only child.

They had a daughter named Emma.
