Adele de Normandy 
Adele was born in Normandy, France. Adele's father was Duke Rollo Rognvaldsson and her mother was Duchess Popa de Bayeaux. Her paternal grandparents were Ragnvald (The Wise) Eysteinsson and Countess Ragnhild Hrolfsdotter. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Mainfred, Duke William I, Count Robert, Crespina, Kathlin and Gerletta.
