Ausbertus was born in 0526 in Sachsen, Germany. Ausbertus' father was Ferrolous de Auvergne and his mother was Ferreolus UNKNOWN. His maternal grandparents were Tonantius Ferreolus and Papinilla Avitus of Rome. He was an only child. He died at the age of 44 in 0570.
