Alan de Galloway 
Alan was born in 1186. Alan's father was Roland de Galloway and his mother was Elena Moreville. His paternal grandparents were Uchtred de Galloway and Gunnild de Dunbar; his maternal grandparents were Richard de Moreville and Avice Lancaster. He was an only child. He died at the age of 48 in 1234.-
