John/Jean de Brienne

John/Jean was born in 1168 in France.  John/Jean's father was Erard de Brienne and his mother was Agnes de Montfaucon.  His paternal grandparents were Walter de Brienne and Humberline de Soissons; his maternal grandparents were Richard de Montfaucon and Agnes de Montbiliard.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 69 on March 21st, 1237 in Constaninople, Turkey.

They had a son named Jean  of Acre.
