William  I de Bourgogne

William  I was born about 1040.  William  I's father was Renaud  I of Burgandy and his mother was Adelais (Judith) of Normandy.  His paternal grandparents were Otto Guillaume of Burgandy and Ermentrude de Roucy; his maternal grandparents were Richard  II of Normandy and Judith de Bretagne.  He was an only child.

They had a daughter named Gisela.
