Paul Franklin Williams 
Paul Franklin was born in 1896. Paul Franklin's father was James David Williams and his mother was Rhoda Ann Ellis. His maternal grandparents were Jonathan Ellis and Mary Elizabeth Ritter. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Orange Durwood, James David, John Ritter, Minnie Lee, Mary Maude, Alice Ann, Patty Terie and Fairie Edna. He was the second youngest of the nine children.-
