Benjamin Williams

Benjamin was born about 1645. Benjamin's father was Richard Williams and his mother was Frances Dighton. His paternal grandparents were William Williams and Jane Woodward. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Samuel, Joseph, Nathaniel, Thomas, Elizabeth and Hannah. He was the third youngest of the eight children.
