James Stratton 
James was born on June 29th, 1700 in Watertown, Middlesex, MA. James' father was Thomas Stratton and his mother was Dorcas Maxwell. His paternal grandparents were John Stratton and Mary Smith. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, David, Samuel, Ebenezer, Dorcas, Mary and Mercy. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 76 on October 22nd, 1776 in Athol, Wordester, MA.-
