John Stevens

John's father was Edward Stephens and his mother was Anne Crewe.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Stephens and Elizabeth UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather was Sir Thomas Crewe.  He was an only child.

They had a son named Thomas.
