B. Maud was born about 1856. B. Maud's father was Asher G. Squire and her mother was Sarah Brown. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Squire and Azuran Greene. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Henry A., Chauncey, Clarence, Alice E. and Ruby A.. She was the youngest of the six children.
