William Andrew Spurlock 
William Andrew was born in 1753 in Bedford Co, VA. William Andrew's father was John Spurlock and his mother was Mary Harper. His paternal grandparents were Charles Spurlock and Elizabeth Poiwhattan. He had a brother named George. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 82 in 1835 in Harlan Co, KY.-
