Alta LeVar Spencer

Alta LeVar was born on June 29th, 1919 in Utah.  Alta LeVar's father was Unknown Spencer and her mother was Ubknown Jiff.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 67 on October 9th, 1986 in San Bernadino, CA.
