Arthur was born on November 28th, 1890 in Springfield, MA. Arthur's father was Coronado Freeman Pettibone and his mother was Josephine S. McCullough. His paternal grandparents were Freeman Pettibone and Clarissa Miller; his maternal grandparents were James McCullough and Mary Doyle. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Fred , Leroy, Ray, Alfred, Earl, Blanch and Flora. He died at the age of 89 on March 3rd, 1980 in Willimantic,CT.-
