William Pennock 
William was born in 1773 in Stratford, VT. William's father was James Pennock and his mother was Margaret Seeley. His paternal grandparents were James, the Younger Pennock and Thankful Boardman. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Keziah, Alexander, James, Joseph, Olive , Lucinda and Betsey. He was the youngest of the eight children.-
